Massachusetts Production Capital LLC has merged into North East Production Capital LLC (NEPC), a company created for the purpose of funding tax credits in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Pennsylvania, founded by Will French and Stephen G. Roberts of Louisiana Production Capital, a leader in financing of tax credits for film production in the US, and Vinca Jarrett of FilmPro Finance, a film finance consulting company here in Massachusetts.

If you are a producer looking to produce a film, television or commercial project in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut or Pennsylvania, you may be eligible for a tax credit from the state varying from between 20% and 30% of total spend in that state. We will help you set up your companies, file your tax credit and once the tax credit is earned, then purchase that tax credit from you in order that you receive the benefit of that tax credit. For long term clients, we may also be able to advance you money at a discounted rate on the tax credits to be earned in order to assist you fund your project up front.

We have relationships with program administrators from the various state agencies, local production companies with growth potential, financial institutions, trade unions and associations, taxpayers, and industry vendors that can assist you with your project and our services are a flat fee derived from the value of the tax credits only.
